Mr SENG Bunthoeun is a holder PhD in Law in the topic “ The Resolution of the Commercial Conflict in the Kingdom of Cambodia. 2009 he graduates Master of Education TESOL (MEd-TESOL). 2004 success Master of Art in Law(LLM) an English Based conducted course.2001 completed Royal University of Phnom Penh(RUPP) Bachelor Degree of Art in History(BA-His). 1998 graduated Bachelor Degree of Art in Law(LL.B) at Faculty of Law and Economics currently Royal University of Law and Economics(RULE). He written book: Secretary and Administrative affairs, 2001 and expected 2020, Constitutions and Political Regimes Changes in Cambodia (Since 1940 to 2015),2015, History Bof Samorleav village, Samorkhmer Village, Samorchin village in Porumchak commune, Prey Kabbas district, Takeo province( Expected 2019), Authored Novel titled ”Sena Ek”, (Expected 2020), Have been composed 20 songs and musical written by famous composer El Bunna.
