William Yap

Certified Trainer ,More than 20 years experience of Management and Human Resource

Mr. William Yap has a class of his own as a trainer and motivational speaker. He has conducted training and team building in Cambodia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia about the challenges of creating high-performing teams, leaders and organizations.

His decade of training is about what we should do to develop an organizational culture where all individuals feel motivated and empowered to perform at their best. Other training focus on how to build teamwork in a culture that creates desire and energy, communication in a diverse environment as well as living values.

Mr. William Yap has an exciting and different background. From IT, Business Admin, HR, F&B, Training, and Consultancy to an internationally successful consultant – a life journey that has given him the unique experience and a deep understanding of human behavior and driving forces, as well as the knowledge about how to master the challenges associated with a team working under challenging circumstances. With empathy, clear examples and interaction with the audience, William delivers a serious message in a very entertaining way. His training comes with profiling, inspiring experience with a lasting impression.

Career and Education

Mr. William Yap has more than two decades of experience as General Manager, Head of Human Resources and Business Administration for Public Listed Companies in Malaysia. Currently, under his supervision, he has more than 250 Human Resource Personnel reporting to him and runs an operation of 18,000 employees in a manufacturing environment. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of New Castle, Australia. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Associate Business Executive and Advances Diploma in Business Management from the Swansea Institute of Higher Education from the United Kingdom.
